After a long, arduous, and volatile process, we have a new President elect.
We hopefully know that we, the people of God, cannot fall into complacency! We must not stop making our appeals to heaven as we move forward into a new era. Destiny follows deliverance and it is a challenging journey.
The prophetic task described in Jeremiah 1:10 is still before us: “I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant”.
Our job does not end after we deal with Jezebel and see her and her cohorts thrown down in defeat. Our task continues as we seek the replanting and the rebuilding of our beloved nation.
Nation building is primarily the responsibility of the people of God. The Church herself is the holy nation of God (I Peter 2:9). We are also a holy priesthood called to intercede for our nation. We must insist that America is rebuilt and aligned with the eternal truths of the Kingdom of God. We are the spiritual covering for America. We call all civil rulers into account before God. (Psalm 2:12). It is He Who ordained civil government (Romans 13:1).
Two more urgent prayer points
- Pray the electoral college votes the way their respective states voted. As I understand it, these electors are obligated to do so except for fifteen or so states electors. These can override the vote of the electorate. They meet December 19. As you know there is much pressure from certain groups. There is room for corruption because these electors could be offered enormous amounts of money to change their vote.
- Pray our current president does not declare martial law. It is too obvious the protests across the nation would be fodder for such a decision. Remember, the Socialists do not always act in accordance with our Constitution, and the Globalists never do!
Thank each one of you for ‘staying on the wall’ on behalf of our nation’s future!
